State of the art gyms

We have two state of the art gyms which we call Tawash and Bahar.

We have a full range or cardiovascular equipment and resistance machines.  Each gym has its own stretching and functional training area too.  By having two large well equipped facilities, we are able to offer a full ladies only gym, which is fabulous for privacy.

Our gyms have full air conditioning which offers a healthy environment to work out in. Each gym is staffed by well qualified friendly fitness professionals who’s priority is your fitness and welfare.

What we do

Our priority is your fitness and welfare.

Our members are encouraged to sign up to an induction program so you can be safely guided through the operation of all the equipment and keep a record of your progression.

This means that your muscles will become firmer not necessarily bigger. Our gym staff are able to advise you on the types of exercises to do in order to achieve a nice toned musculature.  There are money ways to achieve this either by participating in a group exercise class or by using our resistance machines.


Core Strength

Core-strength exercises strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many physical activities. You can do core-strength exercises on a carpeted floor or mat.  Our gym staff are on hand to assist and advise.


Weight Loss

In exercise terms weight loss is usually referring to fat loss.  Excess body fat is a risk factor for many health related conditions  The aim is to maintain and tone muscles but reduce the amount of fat that we have on our bodies.  Our gym team can offer support and advice in this area.  Personal Training is very effective in developing a weight loss plan.


Muscle Gain

An increase in muscles size or mass is achieved by specifically over stressing your muscles.  This is usually through the lifting or weights or using resistance equipment.  Our gym staff can safely instruct you on how to achieve this and offer ongoing advice.



Cardio exercise is an exercise that raises your heart rate.This enables your cells to burn more fat during both exercise and inactivity.  Cardio exercises include, swimming, running cycling and group exercise classes.  Our gym staff will assist with all aspects of your cardio workout.


Functional Training

Functional training involves mainly weight bearing activities targeted at core muscles of the abdomen and lower back primarily using your own body weight.  This is a very popular type of training which our Personal Trainers are specialized in .

Tawash and Bahar are open from

6am – 11pm Sunday – Thursday 

8am – 11pm Friday and Saturday.

The kid’s gym (Jump Gym) is open from

3pm – 9pm Sunday – Thursday

12pm – 9pm on Friday and Saturday

Yes, we do.  One of the main benefits of having two large, fully equipped gums is that there will always will be a ladies only gym open all day.

Yes, we do.  We have a fully female team to operate the female gym.

Dana Club has Personal Training for our members, our trainers are experts in their field and offer that extra bit of personal one to one service. PT is great if you really want to aim for a specific target or goal or if you have certain conditions where you might need a little extra care.   We have packages to suit your needs.  We offer Personal training for Kids too.

Yes, we do our kids gym is called “Jump”.  It is a fully staffed and equipped gym for our younger members.
